Transfer of learning into the classroom

Tricky but unless this is accomplished, work that takes place outside of the normal classroom environment will have little impact 'in situ'. We discussed last time using pupil profiles that can be shared with staff; joint goal setting with the class-teacher; sharing planning and even modelling how to interact with the young person, in class.

Has anybody tried the above? What has been working well? What difference has it made?
